elTE. Margarita

The benchmark. Three ingredients, nowhere to hide.

  • 50 ml elTE. Blanco
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml agave syrup
  • Salt rim (optional)
Method

Shake hard with ice for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish

Lime wheel, half salt rim.

Paloma de Altos

Long, bitter-sweet and endlessly drinkable.

  • 50 ml elTE. Blanco
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml agave syrup
  • Pink grapefruit soda to top
Method

Build over ice in a salted highball, stir once and top with soda.

Garnish

Grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.

elTE. BlancoCopper mug

Tequila Mule

Agave meets ginger. Cold, sharp, alive.

  • 50 ml elTE. Blanco
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • Ginger beer to top
  • 2 dashes bitters (optional)
Method

Fill the mug with crushed ice, pour tequila and lime, top with ginger beer.

Garnish

Lime wedge and candied ginger.

Reposado Old Fashioned

Oak, vanilla and slow evenings.

  • 60 ml elTE. Reposado
  • 5 ml agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method

Stir all ingredients over a large ice cube for 20 seconds.

Garnish

Orange twist, expressed over the glass.

Agave Negroni

The Italian classic, with a Jalisco accent.

  • 30 ml elTE. Reposado
  • 30 ml red vermouth
  • 30 ml bitter aperitivo
Method

Stir over ice and strain onto a fresh large cube.

Garnish

Orange peel.

Suelte Highball

The easiest way to let it loose.

  • 50 ml elTE. Blanco
  • Soda water to top
  • 1 lime wedge, squeezed
Method

Build over plenty of ice, stir gently once.

Garnish

Lime wedge and a lemon slice.
